What makes Neal Consulting unique?

Fractional Expertise, Full-Time Impact

You get senior-level learning, enablement, and implementation expertise without adding permanent headcount. We step in where teams are stretched thin—designing programs, delivering training, and creating structure that lasts beyond the engagement.

Experience Across Multiple Industries

From Software/SaaS to Distribution and Manufacturing, Neal Consulting has supported complex, implementation-driven environments where adoption, training, and enablement are critical to success. We understand how products are built, implemented, trained, and supported—and we design solutions that work across those realities.

Results Without the Learning Curve

With deep experience across professional services, product strategy, and learning & development, we hit the ground running. Engagements are practical, execution-focused, and designed to deliver value immediately—not after months of ramp-up.

“We win when our customers win.”

We build trust through deep understanding, proactive service, and delivering results that matter most to our clients.

“We own the outcome, start to finish.”

We take responsibility for every result, turning challenges into solutions without excuses or delays.

Data-Driven Decisions

“Facts over guesswork, every time.”

We make strategic moves backed by data, ensuring every decision is clear, measurable, and built for impact.

“Better today than we were yesterday.”

Continuous Improvement

We embrace feedback, adapt quickly, and innovate constantly to stay ahead of the curve.

“Effort is good. Outcomes are better.”

Results Matter

We measure success by the tangible results we deliver — for our clients, our company, and our people.

Where we came from — and where we’re going

Andrew Neal and Kristie Neal built Neal Consulting on a simple belief: businesses grow best when they have the right expertise at the right time.

We’ve seen too many SMBs struggle not because of a lack of great products or ideas, but because teams and customers weren’t fully enabled to execute, adopt, or scale. Too often, learning, training, and execution support show up too late—or not at all.

Our vision is to change that by offering flexible, high-value consulting services that support learning, enablement, and execution—delivering real change without long-term commitments.

Today, Neal Consulting serves clients nationwide, fully remote, helping them plan, train, and execute their most important initiatives.

Tomorrow, we aim to be the go-to partner for growing companies ready to scale with confidence.
